Offer the hotel guest the best possible service in a courteous and hospitable manner, having knowledge of the hotel, hotel staff and services including hours of operation, and guestrooms including location, views, amenities, knowledge of the surrounding area. Responsible for cleaning up to 15 credits during assigned shift including but not limited to make beds, change bed linen in between guest stays, remove and replace towels and toiletries, dusting furniture, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms and hard surfaces, and kitchenettes.Ĭomplete special projects assigned by floor supervisor and or management.
